acona’s profile is from auditing up to consulting in the respect of EASA AIR OPS recommendations.

We have a large experience in auditing several airlines. Our emphasis is, to have well trained staff to ensure that we work precise and quick.
If you need to change to a EASA OPS Operator, we will also provide you with the best solutions. In respect to airline size, market position and possible alliances it is important to choose the right way into the new rules. We will keep you ahead.

We will support you as well in all other disciplines, i.e. auditing, quality management, compliance monitoring management, documentation, training, yearly audit plans and general consulting belongings.

The audit standard IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) is one of our main field to develop your airline. More than 25 operators were audited and recertified.
If you need to get ready for this standard we will qualify you to be registered.

Since 2015 we are working on concepts for drone operators (RPAS). For further information see next foil.

We started successfully in 2017 to guide air operators to reach the flight vendor registration for UN air operations. Two operators were supported and a project operator for 2020 is already launched.

As well we lead acona to register with the UN for SMS Services and Compliance Monitoring.

In the same year we brought the ARGUS Platinum registration project as project managers to a more than successful end.

NEW: A new service started. We prepare tender documentation and application for customers. We will make your application ready and get you into position to fulfill all requirements of the tender you want to apply to. Our support will avoid useless efforts of wrong tender applications.
